Pierre Arcand is a seasoned executive who, during his 46 year career, has managed sales , service   and engineering groups in the medical , scientific, industrial and information technology markets.  

He began his career in the medical field where he worked for 14 years managing the sales and service department of a SME destined to become Compagnie Générale Radiologie Canada through aquisitions.  

Then, thanks to his capacity and technical training, the multinational Honeywell Ltd. entrusted  him with the management of the industrial services department of Eastern Canada, and then promoted him to manage the entire industrial group (sales, engineering and services).  

After 22 years with Honeywell , he joined it's rival Emerson through Laurentide Controls, their regional distributor. There, he was  Vice-President responsibles for the sales, engineering and services departments for the industrial systems and  that lasted 8 years until 2007, when he retired ..... Or so he thought ...  

But in 2008 , he agreed to execute a mandate to re-launch a SME in the industrial IT market. He moved on   in 2013 , having succeeded in doubling sales , set up an IT service department and ...


Today, his passion is to assist SMEs to perform better by applying effective management principles that have made some multinational , stable , efficient and profitable .
